All that is needed for this is to take 3 simple steps:

  1. Fill in the return form and specify the reason for return;
  2. Pack the products you want to return and send them to the specified address together with the form;
  3. Wait for our reply.

Note: We do NOT accept returns of prescription drugs! All other drugs can be returned.

If the buyer refuses the goods of good quality, the seller must return the amount paid in accordance with the contract with the exception of shipping costs.

Exchange / return of good quality goods

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods of good quality at any time before its transfer, and then within 7 days, provided that its presentation and consumer properties are preserved. However, the company extends the period of return of items of good quality up to 14 days.

A refund
