We are fully committed to dealing with spammers. My Canadian Pharmacy maintains data on spammers and shares them with anti-spamming organizations and agencies.

My Canadian Pharmacy guarantees that we do not give any private information about our clients to any third parties. Private information is considered customer’s contact information including email addresses and other data mentioned in Privacy Policy. We prohibit refers to our products and services in any messages that can be considered spam.

What is considered spam?

Spam is considered irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet without prior agreement and/or confirmation of recipient. These messages may be sent through email, icq, message boards, newsgroups, instant messengers, chat rooms or anywhere else where commercial postings are prohibited.

What is not spam?

Any messages that are necessary for implementing our services and our role as sellers (information about orders, payments, shipments) are NOT considered spam as our clients agree to accept the necessary service information needed for a proper business action.

Termination

Any action that contradicts My Canadian Pharmacy Anti-Spam Policy will be considered as termination and will necessarily lead to further actions.

  • If we ever notice spammers, we immediately block their accounts, hold payouts, report them to anti-spam groups and organizations and bring an action to the court;
  • If ever someone tries to sell products through spam we will block his account, hold payout, report him to anti-spam groups and organizations. This term of the Anti Spam policy can not be edited.

We fully comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act), and all other current commercial e-mail laws.
